RETURNS POLICY

If you purchase a product which is damaged, faulty or incorrect then we’re happy to issue an exchange/refund providing certain terms are met. In order to request an exchange  simply fill in the form on this page or e-mail hello@happylass.co.uk , once we’ve acknowledged your request you can proceed to  return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue an exchange on receipt of the returned item.

For the goods to be returned the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-exchangeable.
5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non-exchangeable.

If we are unable to replace the item or issue an item of equivalent value than we will issue a refund.
